New Center Commons Homeowners Association (NCCHOA)
The New Center Commons Homeowners Association (NCCHOA) was created by New Center Development Partnership in 1981 and is comprised of 43 historic homes located on Bethune, Pallister and Delaware between Second and Third Avenues.
NCCHOA members pay monthly dues, which fund snow removal and salting of neighborhood sidewalks and alleys, plus common-area maintenance (ex. spring and fall clean ups) and, when funding allows, other neighborhood beautification projects and community-building events. Additionally, a portion of our monthly dues go directly to CANCAN (Community Association for New Center Area), an umbrella organization for area homeowner and condo associations, whose mission is to improve quality of life in New Center’s neighborhoods.
The NCCHOA board meets at 6:00p on the second Wednesday of each month. Board members are as follows: Estella Ball Webster, Lorraine Demchak, Sarah Klug, Alex Voice (President), and David White. Meetings are currently virtual.
